OMAHA — Katie Hoff made it 2-for-2 on her week's checklist Monday, securing an Olympic berth in her second event in as many nights in the U.S. Olympic swimming trials. The Towson, Md., teenager, who is entered in seven events, won the 400-meter freestyle with a strong finish, beating Kate Ziegler by more than a second and a half, in 4 minutes, 2.32 seconds.
