USA Cycling announced today an agreement with OUCH Sports Medical Center to offer free tickets to all junior members of USA Cycling for Friday evening’s session of the upcoming UCI Track World Cup on Jan. 18 at the ADT Event Center velodrome in Carson, Calif.
