Optimal Training: Tyson Indoor is meet to watch this weekend

The big meet this weekend will be the Tyson Indoor Meet, which will host a number of great races.  We could see a number of records go down, especially in the men's mile--where Dorian Ulrey will be going for the collegiate record of 3:55.0--and 5000m--where Galen Rupp (and maybe Sam Chelanga, too) will be going for 13:20.40.  LetsRun does a great job of previewing the races here.  Here's the meet website.
