RALEIGH, North Carolina, March 7 (Reuters) - The United States wants a showdown with Jamaica to determine which country has the best sprinters, the top U.S. athletics official said on Saturday. The proposed USA-Jamaica Challenge would feature two competitions, one in each country, consisting of nine events, USA Track and Field (USATF) chief executive Doug Logan said.
